You have to go to your profile page, at the top you'll have something like this(http://profile.myspace.co m/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.vi ewprofile&friendid=XXXXXXXXX)

the x's is where your Friend Id should be.
If you want to know how to add it to your page, it's simple once u get the hang of it^^ paste the 1st layout code in the (About me section) and the second in the (I'd like to meet section) But remember to add your Friend I'd everywhere you see this (XXXXXX) before you save it. There are no X's in the about me section, there all in the I'd like to meet section. Hopefully that helped^^
